Annie has spent almost her entire life living in Central Mass, with the exception of a 4 year stint in Iowa for college. She now lives in Concord with her husband and 3 month old daughter. She is co-founder of Goal Girl Finance, which runs personal finance courses aimed at empowering women to make educated financial decisions. She loves getting involved in local community activities, and has enjoyed showing her daughter the area in which they live. Annie is a huge cheerleader for mom groups and feels passionately that we need to lean on each other to not only survive, but thrive.Bethany was born and raised in central Mass but spent about 5 years in Amish Country, Pennsylvania from the ages 3-9. Bethany has worked in the Autism Community for the last 10 years in many different capacities - teachers aid to ABA therapist and most recently finds herself as an Autism Waiver Broker at the Autism Resource Center in Worcester. She and her family love music! Her husband is in a Christian Rock Band that performs all over Massachusetts called, “Faith’s Road.” Bethany sometimes lends her voice to background vocals and her son anxiously awaits the day he’s old enough to join as well! Bethany is a lifelong hockey fan who grew up in the ice rink watching her dad play every Sunday and is also an absolute Boston Bruins Fanatic!
Liz was born in the Berkshires and has settled down in Holden where she lives with her husband Rob and two sons, Jacob and Lucas. Liz is a home-schooling mom, loves to garden and enjoys to read but quiet opportunities are few and far between these days. Liz is a Homecare RN but her true passion lies in wellness education. She will be launching her business, Evolving Into You, as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in the coming months. Clearly, Liz likes to stay busy as she is also a dry nail polish slinging leader with Color Street. She loves to connect with other moms and families over coffee and fruit cups.Kristin was born in Central Mass and has lived most of her life here. She also lived in NJ for 6 years during her childhood. Kristin has lived in the same Massachusetts town for the past 25 years, marrying her high school sweetheart, Scott and raising three children, Tanner (2005), Braden (2006) and Livy (2009) and two furbabies, Cooper & Finn. Kristin has been a pediatric nurse for 20 years and is currently enjoying the schedule of a school nurse in her hometown! Kristin is a certified yoga instructor and wellness educator and has her own business, Kristin Gauthier Yoga where she teaches small group and private classes for children and adults. Kristin loves spending time outside with her family, reading, watching her children play sports and cooking. Kristin has found that she cannot live without her color-coded Google Calendar and a million alerts to keep up with the craziness of raising three very different children who are constantly surprising her while also maintaining a balance of self-care as often as possible.Cyndi was born and raised in Central Mass. She has moved around numerous times, but always ends up back in the same town and on the same street (this is the third time she’s lived on her current road)! Before kids, Cyndi was an avid runner and hiker, a personal trainer, an instructor of group fitness, aerial arts, pole fitness, and yoga, as well as 2 boot camp-style classes and a fitness/ nutrition class. Once having her son Luka (2016), she worked a “regular” job before leaving to welcome her daughter Bodhi (2019) and become a stay-at-home Mom. Cyndi has since gone back to more serious running, but also joins in group fun runs around Worcester County (ask her about it and she’ll try to get you to run). She also brings her kids with her every Wednesday morning to group workouts with November Project (again, ask her about it and she’ll try to convince you to go)! She often brings her kids hiking with friends, and the family goes camping in the mountains a few times a year. If you’re looking for Cyndi, you’ll find her outside somewhere!Emily is originally from the MetroWest area but has been in Central Mass for about 15 years. She, first, was a dog mom who loved to travel with her Siberian Husky and Shiba Inu before she met her husband. Then, she settled down in a nice farm town and added two human children to her pack. She enjoys traveling with her family and has a crazy hobby of collecting limited edition cloth diapers. When she is not home (or on an adventure) with her kids, she works as a paramedic and is also a pediatric sleep consultant at Expect to Sleep Again Sleep Consulting, LLC.Katie and her husband were both born and raised in Central MA. They met in college and welcomed their first son in August 2019. Katie works in the construction industry. Her day-to-day involves walking a lot of job sites and reviewing architectural drawings. Katie loves her job, but is still navigating how to balance her role as a new mom in a male dominated industry. Outside of work, Katie enjoys being outdoors, baking, and gardening. Katie is trying to make sustainable choices as a mom and still has a lot to learn. She looks forward to sharing what she has learned so far with this community and can't wait to learn from you all as well!Autumn grew up in the suburbs of Boston and moved to Central MA in 2014. Autumn and her husband James got married in 2013 and they welcomed their first child, Owen in October 2019. Autumn loves to travel and is always planning her next trip. She has two cats named Opie and Tig. Autumn loves to bake and try new recipes in the kitchen. She enjoys craft and home improvement projects and is known for taking on too much (like painting her kitchen cabinets at 7months pregnant). Autumn and her family now live in Shrewsbury and she is thrilled to show Owen all the amazing things in Central MA!Marissa Fratoni lives in Leominster, Massachusetts with her loving home inspector husband Mark who owns Wachusett Home Inspection, LLC, their two beautiful little girls, a tuxedo kitty named Wylie, and a flock of backyard chickens. When Marissa is not having babies via empowered homebirth, breastfeeding on demand, and generally living the stay-at-home mom-life, she is a holistic registered nurse who specializes in maternal health and cannabinoid therapeutics. Marissa writes about all things health, wellness, motherhood, mindfulness, and cannabis. She also teaches yoga to pregnant ladies at Central Mass Yoga and Wellness in West Boylston, MA. Marissa’s published work, writings, personal healing journey, musings, and misadventures can be found on her blog. With five years of cloth diapering, she has spent many hours folding laundry. With her third child she is finally comfortable using woven wraps. All of her kids started their food journey with baby-led weaning. She loves supporting her husband in his personal training business to guide others in their journey to create better lifestyles for themselves and their families. In order to balance life as a full-time mom and entrepreneur she created many systems at home for time management, organization, and meal planning. She loves capturing families’ everyday moments because pictures and films have a unique way of putting us right back into the moment to relive memories, again and again. Never without a camera, Christine has trained her family to just smile for the picture, because no matter what, "this picture is happening."Arielle was born on the North Shore of Massachusetts. While she grew up in the neighboring Granite State, she ran quickly back to Massachusetts for college. After the birth of her daughter, she became a self-proclaimed “sleep geek” and has since made it her mission to help families get the rest they need to live a happier, healthier life. Her company Expect to Sleep Again Sleep Consulting offers online courses, 1:1 sleep consultations with her team of consultants across the United States and Canada. In 2019, she launched Dream School Consultant Training Program through which she is teaching others to follow their passion for baby sleep and helping others. In addition to sleep, she loves spending as much time by the beach as possible, and lots of time with family and friends. Arielle is devoted to sharing the realness and rawness of motherhood, with lots of laughs, support, and fun in between. She lives in Sterling with her five-year-old daughter and eight-year-old longhaired dachshund.Kristina is a mom, wife, and sexuality & pleasure educator. She grew up in Spencer, and now resides in North Brookfield with her husband of 9 years, Paul, their two daughters (born in 2011 and 2012), and two cats, Smudge and Yoyo. Kristina has two “beside hustles” - working in a grocery store bakery decorating cakes, and talking to people about sexuality and pleasure. She loves doing her “edutaining” show at events like home parties, workshops, and Naughty Bingos, and she has recently started holding multi-vendor fundraising quarter auctions in Central Mass. Kristina enjoys kayaking, crocheting, and crafting, and she loves connecting with other local parents. A momma of two amazing littles, lover of the beach, former college athlete who has never met a pizza she didn’t like. She lives in Central Massachusetts with her husband, 2 kids, 2 crazy dogs, 5 chickens, and a beta fish named Nemo 2.0. Through her online and one on one coaching, Kara helps women find joy in motherhood through movement using rehabilitative and corrective exercise strategies. She is on a mission to dispel myths that leave women fearful of movement and empower women with knowledge and confidence to help them better navigate their new role as a mother. Kara thinks all problems can be solved with either a chocolate chip cookie or the ocean, and loves checking out local small shops and breweries. Her favorite type of movement right now is hiking with her dogs and is grateful to be surrounded by so much natural beauty here in New England.
