The Story School is an overnight, eduLARP summer camp that uses the power of stories to teach. Nestled in the woods of Nature’s Classroom in Charlton MA, The Story School transforms campers into heroes using an immersive, interactive, and inclusive fantasy world based on history, mythology, and literature.
Our 2023 Season runs from July 2nd – August 18th and offers a special week for both younger and older campers
During the day, campers are heroes solving STEAM puzzles, encountering immersive escape rooms, battling our trained monsters, and leveling their game characters using real-world knowledge of science, physics, chemistry, and first aid. In the evenings, our campers relax with board games, armor-crafting, storytelling, and other camp bonding activities.
Serving a population that includes neuro-diverse and LBGTQ+ campers, all heroes ages 8 – 17 are welcome to become heroes and spend their summer in a story.
