Moms Night Out at Live Action Escapes Recap!

We kicked off our 2-part moms night out on a Saturday afternoon, where 6 of us tried our hardest to escape Potsy’s Place. Although we had a TON of fun working through all of the puzzles, it proved to be too tricky for us, and we didn’t escape in time.

Afterward, we all went down the street to Deadhorse Hill for some food and a chance to chat!

Then, on Wednesday night, we came back (3 of us just couldn’t resist trying another room!) for more fun and succeeded in escaping from our captor in Captive in only 40 minutes and 23 seconds!

To celebrate our victory, we headed to Armsby Abbey for some yummy mac & cheese and good company.

I have done quite a few escape rooms over the years, and both of these were particularly well done, with such attention to detail, fun storylines and puzzles that really got our brains working in a variety of different ways. There were enough components that everyone really had something to be working on all the time. I can’t wait to come back and try Robin Hood’s Dungeon Escape!

Prices range from $28-$30 depending on the number of players, and large group discounts are available. Escape rooms make for a perfect team building exercise with co-workers or a fun night out with family and friends. We’re able to host up to 25 players per hour, split between our 3 on-location games, but the fun doesn’t stop there! We offer 2 off-location escape room style games to be played at your venue as well: The Great Party Escape and The Quest for the Golden Keys.
