Green Drink, But Let’s Make it Warm!


Many of us reach for extra coffee all day long trying to “mom”. In truth, it can make our energy go up and down. We all know that crash can make us irritable and so much coffee isn’t good for our adrenals and our health. Green smoothies can be a great solution to keep energy up, but with Winter coming, sometimes you just want something a little cozier.

Try this energizing anti-inflammatory green drink latte.

Anti-inflammatory latte
Servings 1


  • 12 ounces Coconut Milk
  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tsp Spirulina (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 Avocado


  • Mix in blender until smooth
  • Warm gently over low heat, whisking as you go
  • Serve and Enjoy!
